This series is going to be in the true spirit of “web”logging. It will be a resource for new bloggers trying to figure out how to make money from their blog.
The summation of the past month: slow yet steady increases of traffic, but mostly due to my own work in posting articles to Digg or Netscape. I am beginning to see natural search traffic coming too, but I’m at a plateau: I need to figure out how to continue traffic growth, particularily through other blogs. My current thought on that solution is to use blogrolling as a means to establish links in, so if you want to get on my blogroll just click here. This should increase my natural searchs in google.
With about 50 people a day I am generating about 75 cents a day. Thats pretty good, and its all due to a little trick which I will reveal in through another campaign hopefully coming soon which is an e-mail newsletter with blog updates. This 75 cents a day is purely through adsense. When Steve Pavlina put adsense on his website he was averaging over 2500 people per day to his site while only making $4 per day. You can see that if I had that kind of traffic I would be making about $40, so I’m pleased with my ad strategy I just need to now develope the traffic.
Any readers with any tips?
Current Blog Income: $9.63, but $7.85 of that was made in the last seven days (versus the pervious 30) so my little trick is quite effective.

Hi,
I see from your “make money blogging” article that you use 1and1. I also use them, and have got Google adsense code, but cannot use it. 1and1 say that it is because it is Javascript, but I noticed you have adsense too, so how did you get it on your site?

Vince
